Activities
By providing them with appropriate technological and pedagogical means as well as professional training, we raise their awareness of the topic, foster their teaching competences, and provide them with a digital ecosystem perfectly adapted to their demands and requirements. By empowering primary school teachers to teach data literacy, we prepare students for the digital world and enable them to become active and responsible citizens in a data-driven society.

Target Groups
The project primarily targets upper primary school teachers and secondarily policymakers, school leaders, teacher trainers/researchers, students, edTech companies …
Upper primary education students are also an important target group to provide them with inspiring learning experiences; so that data literacy will no longer be an abstract term but a consciously experienced reality.
Nevertheless, school leaders and directorates as well as policy makers are also addressed to raise their awareness on the importance of the topic and by providing a full-fledged digital and pedagogical ecosystem to deploy.
While teachers and educational authorities are considered to be gatekeepers to (non)implementation of pedagogical and technological innovation in class, upper primary education students are at the very heart of our striving. Providing them with inspiring learning experiences, data literacy will no longer be an abstract term but a consciously experienced reality.
