The day was dedicated to a more detailed discussion and planning for a large-scale pilot involving around 120 teachers, with 40 teachers from each participating country. The following steps include an online meeting for all essential work packages (WPs) in the upcoming months.

The WP Dissemination group presented the draft plans for dissemination activities for teachers, both before and during the large-scale programme, ensuring that participating teachers and schools are informed and supported by the dissemination materials. They are also encouraged to participate in international online events to raise awareness of the Erasmus+ DALI4US project and share their practical results and experiences. One of the project outcomes is a set of best practices, which will be published on the project website and various other portals and social media platforms.

The meeting concluded with detailed plans for the summer and autumn of 2025. The next partner meeting is scheduled to take place in Slovenia.
